Learning how to Salsa can be extremely good fun, with easy to master

foot and arm patterns that will soon have you swinging to the music,

so jump in and get moving.

Salsa is classed as a high-intensity cardiovascular activity

which can burn up to 450 calories an hour!

Learn to dance to all the infectious Latino rhythms including

Shakira, Black Eyed Peas, J Lo, Ricky Martin, Enrique, Gloria Estefan .
